ELAR

The electronic load shedding relay is equipped with an integrated current transformer (for insulated conductors up to Ø 12 mm) and an integrated load circuit. The minimum fusing current can be set from 2 ... 20 A AC. If the pre-set minimum fusing current is exceeded, the output (ELAR 20 make contact, ELAR 21 break contact) switches over. There are numerous application possibilities for this current-dependent switching behaviour such as forced ventilation or ventilation, control of suction plants, locking of appliances, load shedding, control of motor current, etc.
