The new family ERT 400 is a series of controllers developed to manage Air Conditioning equipments.
It is a sophisticated control device that provides an economical solution to manufacturers and is specifically adapted to Air – Air applications such as:
• AC precision units;
• Mono-blocks;
• Condensing units;
• Roof-tops;
• Ducted split units.

ERT400 can control equipments with 2 circuits up to 4 compressors with the management of 4 additional electric heaters + additional heating (modulating valve, hot water coil).
The main characteristics are:
• Inlet or outlet air temperature control
• Indoor fan speed control
• Automatic change over (only with EKF 400S optional keyboard).
• Dynamic set-point on outdoor temperature
• Dynamic defrost on outdoor temperature
• Water coil management
• Free-cooling on temperature or temperature+humidity (“enthalpy”)
• Proportional Air Damper
• Additional Heating (Modulating Valve, Hot Water Coil)
• Air quality control and air filter warning
• Proportional condensation control on temperature or pressure
• 3 different keyboards available / 2 may be connected up (max 100m distance).
• Setting of parameters from keyboard and with a PC
• Copy card for uploading and downloading parameters
• ModBus protocol (“B” Models)
• Televis protocol

Using a personal computer, with our PARAM MANAGER, the user has very helpful software tool that guides the configuration of the controller easily and quickly using simple icons or default configuration
