The new range of compact controllers for compressors rack

With its EWCM 4120 and 4180 series, Eliwell proposes a new series of low cost compact
parametric controls conceived as the evolution and strengthening of the established
EWCM 400 family.
Particularly simple to use and install for the complete control of small compresors rack
they are available for 32x74 panel installation.
All input and output is independent and can be configured ensuring adaptability to most
applications for which step or modulating control of compressors and fans is required.
The high efficiency display permits clear and immediate visualisation of the monitored
sizes.
Clear and high visible icons allow the functioning status of the units to be easily
understood as well as any anomalies.

Main Functions

• Control of temperature/suction pressure of a single circuit up to 4 compressors or step compressors (or combinations of compressors) up to 4 total
  steps/compressor inverters.
• Control of condensation temperature/pressure with inverter fan or up to 4 digital fans.
• Possibility of inserting the compressor and/or fan Set Point in Bars/Psi or °C/°F
  according to the probe used for the control (Pressure or Ntc).
• Setting of compressors-fans No. and type present in the unit
• Switch on of compressors fixed sequence/saturation/balancing
• Compressor Selection/Deselection
• Fan switch on in fixed or rotation sequence based on operating times
• Fan maximum stop time management
• Complete diagnostics
• Alarms log up to 100 events.
• Configurable input DI, NTC, 4...20 mA, 0-5V or 0-10V from parameter.
