Well suited for kitchens and near baths, as it is less susceptible to nuisance alarms caused by cooking or high humidity.  The 120V AC direct wire is for single or multiple station use.  It is interconnectable with up to 18 Firex AC smoke alarms.  A green lighted LED 'blinks' once per minute to confirm constant AC power and once per second when in alarm.
