Electronic controls for no frost freezers

The E73 electronic control is a flash microprocessor operated temperature control specifically developed for no frost freezer appliances with a remote evaporator, air circulating fan and heater assisted defrost. The E73’s unique adaptive defrost software significantly reduces energy consumption by intelligent control of the fan and by adapting to changing ice conditions. In its standard configuration, the E73 integrates the thermostat function, adaptive defrost timer, operating lamp, fast-freeze selector/indicator and a temperature alarm lamp onto one compact PCB. This integration of functions together with intelligent built-in test features reduces assembly and test time for the OEM leading to system cost savings.
