Control for no-frost fridge/freezers

The E74-H5000 electronic control is a flash microprocessor operated temperature control specifically developed for no-frost fridge/freezer appliances with a remote evaporator, air circulating fan and heater assisted defrost. The E74’s unique adaptive defrost software significantly reduces energy consumption by intelligent control of the fan and by adapting to changing ice conditions. In its standard configuration, the E74-H5000 integrates the thermostat functions, adaptive defrost timer, operating lamp, fast-freeze selector/indicator, temperature alarm lamp and provides a connector for add-on digital temperature display. This integration of functions together with intelligent built-in test features reduces assembly and test time for the OEM leading to system cost savings.
